Following the course of historical development at the micro and macro level, the spatial potentials of Belgrade can be determined, as well as its connection with many cultural and historical routes. By synthesizing the obtained information, the project builds on the existing development of the city, generates and combines new functions that this subunit of the city lacks into one cultural district.The program of the cultural district was formed by fragmenting the surrounding urban structure in order to stimulate further development of the city.
